Youโre holding yourself back from so many amazing things. Whatโs the point?
Yes I had fears (and still do sometimes) but if I wouldnโt have just did the thing, I wouldโve missed out on so much.
But because ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ณ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, I get to help people feel more confident and healthy.
Itโs opened opportunities I never wouldโve imagined and Iโll continue to do so as long as I can help people take control of their health, both physically and mentally.
