The Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) develops the future technical cadre of the Navy’s information warfare (IW) community. We deliver Navy and joint training to students in the cryptology, information technology, electronic warfare, cyber, and intelligence fields.
CIWT's Training Commands provide training for the Navy's enlisted Information Warfare Sailors the ratings: Cryptologic Technician Collection (CTR), Cryptologic Technician Interpretive (CTI), Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM), Cryptologic Technician Technical (CTT), Cyber Warfare Technician (CWT), Intelligence Specialist (IS), Information Systems Technician (IT), Information Systems Technician Submarines (ITS), Electronic Technician (ET), and Electronic Technician Submarines (ETS).
