Hi, I'm Suzette Hosken. I've been learning tai chi and qigong since 1995 and teaching for around 20 years. I have fibromyalgia, a condition of chronic pain and fatigue. Practising tai chi and qigong helps me stay fit, flexible and calm (mostly!). With qualifications in fitness instruction, personal training, and past experience as a massage therapist, I have a deep understanding of the human body and how it moves.
