Formerly called Press X to Chill, this channel is dedicated to Amelia Palermo, our amazing daughter. We were unaware at the time, but she was born with a horrific neurological disorder known as CLN1, one of 13 types that fall under the umbrella term: Batten Disease.
There is currently no cure and many with her type don't reach their 10th birthday. Our goal with this channel is to promote awareness of CLN1 Batten Disease and celebrate our Amelia.
Any revenue from this channel will go toward the ongoing care of our daughter, Amelia. Research is ongoing, but funding is scarce. Small firms are working hard to develop first-ever treatments and Batten families are trying to hold on as long as possible.
