Lyssa deHart, LICSW, MCC, is the author of StoryJacking: Change Your Dialogue, Transform Your Life, The Reflective Coach, and Light Up: The Science of Metaphors in Coaching. She is also the host of the Coaching Studio podcast, currently in it's 3rd season, is a Leadership Confidence and Whole Life Coach. Lyssa works with confidence challenged coaches who are ready to rewrite the internal narratives that slow them down.
Lyssa is also an ICF Master Certified Coach, Certified Mentor Coach and course leader with an international coaching school. She uses her understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, combined with her knowledge of Neuroscience, to work with Professional Coaches.
What fires her up is working with smart people to trust their brilliance and develop the courage and confidence to believe in themselves and the work that is their purpose.
