Three months ago I made an Asiago cheese with the intention of making Asiago Bagels. After aging the cheese looked a little suspect so before making the bagels I made a loaf of Asiago cheese bread. It turned out great. Asiago bagels here we come. 🤠
I waxed my Cotswold cheese today. It weighed 3 lbs 2 oz after air drying. It will be ready for the new year. 🤠
Harvested Moringa leaves yesterday. They are in the dehydrator now. This was my second harvest this year. I hope to get one more in November. 🤠
I found this in the morning. Something ate this overnight. I am not happy. I have tried to cover the rest with some chicken wire.
