Hey everyone! I am just an average girl doing her best to stay on this fitness journey, I started about a year ago. I started taking thing seriously 💪🏻 I eat a relatively healthy diet (do have some bad days) but don’t we all 😜 I workout 4-5 times a week ranging from strength training to cardio!
