As a Construction Engineer– Construction Supervisor at TEDI South’s Head Office, Mr. Duong Van Sang’s responsibilities included:
• Overseeing, coordinating, and managing the tasks performed by construction workers involved in various construction activities, such as bricklaying, cement finishing, painting, and other tasks related to bridge and road construction projects.
• Assigning and effectively distributing resources, including materials, supplies, and human resources, to ensure the smooth execution of construction work.
• Providing comprehensive training to workers regarding their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Recommending hirings to ensure a skilled workforce for the projects.
• Providing monthly reports to the General Director on various aspects, including construction progress, quality, health, safety, security, environmental issues, work performance status, as well as cost and expense management.
