We recently hit 50k subscribers on this channel. I am forever grateful to all of you who have found the content helpful and supported 🙏🏻😊
There hasn’t been new videos on the channel in the last few months, and the reason is in the picture. Baby K has kept us on our toes ever since he arrived into this beautiful world.
But will be back soon with new content here, although for now it will be an erratic schedule, while we cope with this huge life change! ❤️
However, i try posting some real time life and general updates here:

Hi all! Videos have been a little erratic on the channel lately, and will likely be so for next 1-2 months! Will come back soon with more regular case studies and other “Insider” stuff :)
Meanwhile thanks for the increase in engagement on the consulting and case prep related videos! Will try and come back with more of them soon. Thanks so much for sticking around!
Also been posting quite a few belated travel vlogs and life updates on my other channel, in case you interested to watch 😅 Like this one - https://youtu.be/kyFmk7Uluwc

A personal story - when I was in school, I was in the Science stream and we were a batch of only 15 students! Small school, a lot of attention from teachers, very remote place, no competition.
Naturally, I excelled in a lot of things in that comfortable environment. I was a big fish in a small pond.
But then, when I transitioned from school to college, it was a real eye-opener. I joined one of the best (they say) in India, and that too in the capital city! Everyone was so bright, so talented.
Here, all of a sudden I was a small fish in a big pond. Imposter syndrome choked me and it took me a while to accept I was a mediocre student here.
In hindsight though, the transition has taught me one big life lesson - you grow the most when you are not the brightest in the room.
My time at IIT is when I felt the most humble, I realized I have a lot to grow by learning from those around me, and as things were not coming to me easy anymore, I learnt the true meaning of putting my heart into something that I really wanted.
Honestly, coping with the change was not fun at that time, but “hindsight” has given me a lot of perspectives!
What have been some of those life-defining moments for you? Let me know :)

I picked up the “Hell Yeah! or Nope” principle from one of @aliabdaal ’s videos, and have never looked back since then!
We often find ourselves swamped in work. Days when our to-do list seems to have no end.
This can obviously become overwhelming and the next thing we end up doing is simply give up and go and watch Netflix :)
I don’t know about you, but that’s what always happens to me!
The “Hell Yeah or Nope” principle helps in prioritizing the tasks for the day.
Here’s how it works-
1. Make a list of your tasks at hand
2. Bifurcate the tasks into ‘Hell yeah!’ or ‘Nope’ – hell yeah being those, which undoubtedly needs to be done today, or else you will be in trouble
3. The beauty of this principle, is that the “hell yeah” tasks will jump out to you without you having to give it much thought. If you are confused, I can assure you, it should fall in your “Nope” list :)
4. Simple – now think about how to complete the “hell yeah” tasks, and worry about the “nope” list tomorrow! Or, if at the end of the day, you still have some time left after ticking off the “hell yeah” list
Try it, you may like it!

As we grow up, we keep getting harder on ourselves.
The feeling of not being enough intensifies.
Or maybe, we discard our achievements as dumb luck.
Here are 3 mind-set shifts I want to share with you all to help you have a positive mind-set and excel in whatever you set out to do-
1) It all starts with believing in yourself.
Ah, again the same ‘believe in yourself.’
But, if you don’t then who will? :)
Our brain gets tricked quite easily. If you are convinced that you can achieve something, then you will put in the efforts, and eventually you will achieve.
If you have a mind-block and label something as unattainable without even trying, it will always seem unattainable.
Get rid of your limiting beliefs.
2) Wanting more money does not make you ‘greedy’ or ‘money-minded’.
If an opportunity to increase your earning potential presents itself to you, take it, unless it is a toll on your mental health, you are not wrong in wanting to afford a better lifestyle for you and your family. It is ok to ask what you deserve for your services in a business setting, or ask for the salary raise to your boss.
3) The job you did not get, or that low grade does NOT define what you are or could be.
When you put in every ounce of effort into something and are still not able to achieve it, it is devastating. I get it. I have been there as well.
But it is just another opportunity to try harder or try something else. When we get rejected by a company or a college, it is hardly ever us not being good; it is more of us not being fit for the place, or fit for the place YET.
What are some tips that have helped you to stay on the right track?

Here are a few ways how “SPENDING MONEY” has changed my life for good!
1) Spending money on apps/tools to make my life easy.
We are living in a world where there is a tool to make almost every single task 10X easier.
Want your clients to schedule a meeting with you? There is Calendly.
Want to design a quick graphic? Canva.
Want to make a content calendar for your social media page? Notion.
Why do something manually when an app or a tool can do it for you?
2) Spending on outsourcing your work.
Think of what your hourly rate would be.
How can you increase it? The most sensible way to do that would be to outsource work that holds lesser priority for you.
Build a team and delegate work to them. In the longer run, you will be extremely glad to have done so. I am doing that for my social media, and life has become much easier!
3) Spend money on things that bring you genuine joy.
This could be books, traveling, or food. But again, ensure that you also save money rigorously on things that don’t bring you as much joy.
Anything you would like to add? Let me know in the comments!
