AMU student gets All India rank 2 in UGC NET (JRF) examination

ALIGARH November 5: Tamkeen Fatima, currently pursuing M. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in the second year at the department of Computer Engineering, Z.H. College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, has qualified the UGC-NET (JRF) examination, 2024, with an All India rank 2 (99.9933 percentile) in her first attempt.

She completed her B.Tech. from AMU in 2023 with 9.703 CPI and has been a consistent recipient of merit scholarships from class X onwards, including UP STSE, University Merit Financial Award (AMU), and GATE scholarship.

During her B.Tech., Fatima participated in research internship programmes at ISRO, McMaster University, Toronto, Canada (Mitacs GRI), and The Fields Institute, Toronto, Canada (Fields Undergraduate Summer Research Programme). She has also published a research paper in ACM Conference Proceedings.

10 AMU students get placement
Details Here👉: Ten students of Aligarh Muslim University who have graduated from the faculties of Science, Management, Humanities, Life Sciences and Commerce, have been selected by the organizations like WSP India, Geetanjali HomeState Pvt Ltd, Integreon, IB Global Academy, Magic Billion, Zaytun international Academy and Zepto through a recruitment drive facilitated by the University’s Training and Placement Office (General).

Mr. Saad Hameed, TPO, said that the candidates selected for the roles of Presentation Specialist, Land Referencer, Teachers/Trainers, and HRs are Ajmal Hussain (MA Arabic), Mohammad Kamran (MSc- Geography), Shahzeb Ansari (MSC-Biodiversity and Management), Junaid Alam (MSC-Zoology), Mohd Talib (MA-ELT), Naved (BSC Hons Chemistry), Anam Zakir (M.Com.), Fahad (MA-German), Saifullah Haider (MBA) and Alfiya Riyaz (MBA).

AMU RCA STUDENT QUALIFIES UPSC EXAM :- Details Here 👉Mr. Mohd. Zayed Khan, a student of the Judicial Service Coaching Programme (2021-22 Batch) at the Residential Coaching Academy (RCA), Aligarh Muslim University has been selected for the post of Public Prosecutor in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The examination was conducted by UPSC.

The AMU Vice- Chancellor, Prof. Naima Khatoon congratulated Mr. Zayed Khan for his success. Mr. Mohammad Imran IPS, Registrar, AMU, and Prof. Saghir Ahmad Ansari, Director, RCA also congratulated him, adding that his selection will motivate other students
