Started prep at 195, currently sitting at 186 after just 2 weeks.
I hired a coach to teach me how to pose for my first men’s physique competition, and it’s been a game-changer. Never thought posing would be harder than lifting 😅 but I’m learning fast.
Locked in with my meals, training, and cardio — and the results are showing. 18 weeks to go, but I’m hyped for what’s next.

Our pineapple conure has officially been bonded to our red factor sun conure! Both rescued from bad situations and are happier than ever now! At first they were so in love they were over grooming each other but with a few added toys they no longer have that problem!

My marine wrestler buddy just did his first tattoo… on my quad! We live streamed it!
He wrestled for the marines and when they quit wrestling he began other combat sports where he rolled with paddy the baddy and Joey Beltran

I just learned that in Florida you can get a DUI for riding a bicycle drunk. Scooters and bicycles are classified as vehicles in Florida apparently!

So I’ve been hammering gym rock climbing this week super hard sent 5.11+ @220 bodyweight which was a huge PR! I’m about to attempt to climb a 5.12 at todays 217 bodyweight. 5.12 was my PR for 185 BW so if I can send it this heavy I should be able to send harder at a lower bodyweight! Bulking and doing calisthenics is just weighted calisthenics!
