Hello I have been in the fitness game for many years and acquired the necessary skills and education on body weight training over the years. ensuring to give all body types a toned, muscular and healthy physic, boosting overall cardiovascular health giving you that what I call ‘fresh of the prison yard’ body. Now why I say fresh out of prison yard is because most of the workouts and routines I followed was learnt and taught to me whilst serving time in prisons. Now we all know prisoners have the best physics and bodies whilst working out inside, with the necessary skills iv acquired I hope to showcase these skills so others who are interested may adapt this also!
