Our Technical e-Learning and Application tools are our most recent strategic investment to provide the easy learning platform at home, most of our resources are based on practical experience and extracting concept from books. This is established at the beginning of 2016, this division has a mandate to drive technical learning, develop tools and approaches, and support the dissemination of best practices across the globe.
This work is highly collaborative, drawing on both internal and external expertise to develop tools, approaches, training programs, and other resources that ensure skillspree consistently applies best practices and delivers promised results. This usually means blending tried-and-tested approaches with innovations that challenge assumptions and push us to higher levels of performance.
