Thelonghose" emerged out of a desire to improve the quality of diver education in general and to create divers that are aware
of the fragility of our oceans and lakes .
TheLongHose.com was started in 2011 by Mike Van Splunteren and later on teamed up with expert diver and photographer/marine biologist Alexia Dunand.
OUR GOALS :
Developing safe, skilled and thinking divers
We believe in high quality training, that will create thinking, comfortable and safe, recreational and technical sidemount/ backmount divers, using a hogarthian configuration, which includes the famous "longhose", from where the name "THELONGHOSE" originated.
