We as Hindus have observed countless rituals and traditions in our day today life and household chores. Few of them are mentioned in our Vedic scripture and some are added late, while we Hindus follows these rituals religiously. The tradition, we follow over the year are still in practice in all Hindu household. Surprisingly, these traditions are equally popular outside India, wherever Indian live. A tradition is a belief or behavior passed down within a group of society with symbolic meaning or special significance with origin in the past. Others believe that these traditions which are followed by Indians are just superstitious with no logical or scientific motivations. But you will be astonished or surprise that many of these rituals truly have some scientific reasoning behind them. As the scientist dwell deeper, they found that our customs are abrupt with logic ad science. The rituals followed in India are also aimed at bringing a holistic balance between the body, mind and soul.
