Here's a 10,000 foot view of the solution architecture for deploying your own LLM model to Amazon Web Services (AWS) with Amazon SageMaker:
๐โโ๏ธ Request access to Meta AI's LLaMA models (i.e. LLaMA 2 - 7B)
๐ค Use Hugging Face's Deep Learning Containers to extract the model
๐ Create a SageMaker Domain to spin up a SageMaker Studio instance
๐ป Choose your model and EC2 server configurations (i.e. ml.g5 servers)*
๐ค Import and deploy the model to a real-time SageMaker Endpoint
๐ฌ Make calls to the API endpoint via API Gateway, AppSync, Lambda, etc.
* Of course, be very careful when deploying these types of models, as the underlying infrastructure can be VERY expensive if you are running these endpoints 24/7.
