My big birthday celebrations started this week. As you all know, cooking is a huge passion and I love sharing that with you guys.
My other passion is airliners! I’m a regular flight simmer on my PC. For my birthday, I was lucky enough to spend a once in a lifetime hour in a level d Boeing 737-800 simulator to see if I can land one for real!
I’d like to share part of the experience here on my channel. I hope you all don’t mind as this mean the next video will be none-food related. Be assured, I’ll be back making food content for you as normal from next week.

Hello all!
Well, what a journey this has been so far. I can’t thank you all enough for all of your support. Right now, I’m in need of a good rest from my day job, plus filming and editing. I’m off for a well earned 2 week holiday in sunny California 😎
This will mean no new content for a couple of weeks. I promise I’ll be back from across the pond full of gusto, ready to create more content to share with you all. Hopefully I’ll return from America inspired where I can hopefully attempt to create some of the country’s classic dishes.
