Hello everybody!
I know that most of you know this channel for the no input tutorial videos, but maybe you don't know that in the last months I've been working on a new series dedicated to improvisation in music!
The first video, which is a brief introduction to the topic and to the series, is available here on my channel. The second one is in the making (you can follow its progress on my Patreon, where I share b-rolls, interviews, scripts, previews, etcetera) and it will be ready I hope for the beginning of March!
In the meanwhile, since I'm posting few videos with long breaks in between them, I was thinking: what if I post a improvised concert/performance/track video from other musicians that I like or think can be interesting for you to watch and listen to? What if I do it regularly every week? Do you like the idea? Or the "community" side of Youtube isn't that appealing to you? Let me know and if it is something you can enjoy I will start this new little column about improvisation in preparation to the next videos' release!
See you soon!
Hello everybody!
Today is a nice day because "Limestone", my new album with Zot Lukta is out now!
To celebrate it, a lot of stuff is going to happen on the virtual spaces of the internet:
- at 4 pm (UTC) we are going to have a listening party on Bandcamp using the new dedicated feature. There is going to be a live chat, hope to see you there!
- at 5 pm (UTC) I'm going to release the Youtube video presentation of the album, a short video where I explain the story behind "Limestone" and announce it. Join the premiĆØre here on Youtube to discover some behind the scenes and the origin story of this project.
- at 9 pm (UTC) I'm going to be live here on my Youtube channel and we are going to watch the full video of "Limestone" recording session. Zot Lukta will probably join too in video call at the beginning (or the end) of the livestreaming! Then the video will be available to watch on the channel for everyone. Join me there to chat, share comments, questions, reactions!
(Times are in UTC, you can check the single events on Youtube and Bandcamp to discover what time they are converted in your timezone)!
I hope you like all of these different online situations where you will find me and the others. Sharing the music experience all together is such an important thing for me, I hope you'll be part of it!
Andreij
An unidentified object is ready to land in the next video! And this is just a glimpse of what will happen ;)
Since I was super busy with the preparation of the new video I wasn't able to release one last week, but I hope it will be worth the wait!
See you soon!
Hello everyone!
Lot of new people joined the channel, but maybe not all of you know that Iām streaming right now on Twitch.
So if you are into livestreamings and want to discover new music, you can join us for a new episode of āUnder the Labelā (this is the 17th), a sort of radio show but with video too!
In āUnder the Labelā I select underground, weird, experimental, contemporary music from all of the world and we listen to it together, speak about it in the live chat, share opinions and ideas. Itās an informative show, and an exercise to focus on our listening skills and enjoy some great music that itās difficult to find elsewhere.
See you there!
