Had an over heating issues with my gaming pc so I took some time to get it figured out. Ended up being a software problem.

Fallout London must have their Fallout4.ini & Fallout4pref.ini files copy and pasted over the original F4 files into a non modded version of the game inorder to install FL.
For the past three days, I've been working on all manner of work arounds only to realize I'd have to uninstall all my mods and vortex to play this one mod.🤬

The OBS plugin I use to send my gaming signal to the streaming PC has decided to stop working and nothing I have tried is working. I found I still had the desync issue and while I was working to fix it Bean stop sending a signal to the other PC so I am forced to go back to a capture card but it means I'll need to redo all my audio and video settings.
