For those who are new to observing God's Feast Day's on their own, we understand that initially it can be overwhelming.
"What do you actually do on the days?" We hope this post (with more to come) sheds a little light.
Yah willing we will be releasing teachings for each of the fall feasts on their respective days showing how Yeshua can be found in all of them! 💙
Now for a lot of us, Passover feels more of a household name than Easter. Tabernacles too instead of Christmas and guess what!? They are actually found in the Bible, have substance and all point to His second coming!
The first time we kept Sukkot as a fellowship was in plastic tents in a field wondering if we are doing it correctly. The beauty in all of this is that each year we can experience them a little more as we gain a little more knowledge and understanding.

Counting of the Omer to Shavout/Pentecost: Day 50
During this time leading up to Shavuot/Pentecost, we are commanded to "Count the Omer" (swipe for scriptures).
When the Israelites had left Egypt, they were meant to be preparing themselves as a bride during these 50 days to receive the covenant at Mount Sinai.
It is also a time where the disciples were waiting to receive the Holy Spirit.
John 14:16 (BSB)
15 If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.
16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever—
17 the Spirit of truth.
When the "Day of Pentecost has fully come" in other words, the counting of the seven Sabbaths from Yeshua's ascension on Firstfruits was complete... the Holy Spirit came as tongues of fire 🔥 (Read more in Acts 2).
The Spirit of the Lord was no longer in Holy of Holies, in the physical temple but now in the body of believers, the true temple.

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
Let this time be a time of counting and preparation as a bride for us to renew our wedding vows on Shavuot/Pentecost and receive the Holy Spirit during YHVH's Appointed Times.
