Recently bought a batch of some of the oldest solar panels I've touched. Soon, if all goes well, I will have a batch of 525 Watt Bi-Facials to play with!

@AskIveSolar Do you think this would be useful for power stations? With a ~90voc it would have to be larger ones but these would stow away in a garage really flat in case of emergency right? 200W 86.5x45.1"

238 Watts from a 245 Watt panel. I haven’t listed these for sale yet but it’s hard to believe they are used!

More Solyndra work today. No more grass growing in the array but also not a white tarp like I wanted to get.

Well that is officially the largest inverter I’ve ever installed. Cost me $600 to ship it here!

In the past couple of weeks I have purchased two true hybrid inverters. Think Sol Ark not your typical Growatt. I’m on pins and needles as I wait for them to see if Sol Ark functionality can be had for 1/3-1/2 the price!

Have you seen solar panels like this before? Watts for the area aren't great, about 3x less than a new 22% efficiency panel. But they look so cool! And with little to now uplift from wind the racking is less of an issue in the design. Looking at getting a truckload and might install some at my house, though the low density is a concern for me.
