Herein lies the proof:
1) Specifically, the exact time of the Golden Section is 37 minutes and 4.922359 seconds into the hour. The Golden Section refers to the Golden Ratio, also known as φ is known as is defined as (1+√5)/2, which comes out to 1.618... It's inverse comes out to 0.618... Now if we do 37/60, it becomes 0.61667, which is pretty close to the inverse of the Golden Ratio.
2) A "centered hexagonal number" is a number that is represented by different layers of hexagons concentric around a single point. The first 5 "centered hexagonal numbers" are 1, 7, 19, 37, and 61. As seen, 37 is the fourth centered hexagonal number.

Lets say you have a number, D, with 4 or more digits (ex. 36,963). The number can be written in the form of 1000x + 100c + 10b + a, where a, b, and c are the last three digits and x is the number formed by the rest of the digits (ex. x=36, c=9, b=6, a=3).
Because 999x is always going to be a multiple of 37 (refer to 333 sub 37 fun fact), subtracting it from D won't change its divisibility at all (36,963 - 999×36). This shows that D ≡ (D - 999x)mod37 (36,963 ≡ (36,963 - 999×36)mod37). However, D - 999x = x + cba (36,963 - 999×36 = 36 + 963), which goes to show that its the same as adding the front number, x, to it; thus completes the proof.
