Friendship Commanders are a melodic heavy duo from Nashville, TN comprised of vocalist/guitarist Buick Audra, and drummer/bassist Jerry Roe. Their newest release - an EP titled Hold On To Yourself - follows their LP BILL, on which they collaborated with Steve Albini. The band recorded the new EP themselves with Kurt Ballou of GodCity Studio and Converge handling mixing duties. The EP runs a wide range musically starting at heavy sludge & thrashy prog-metal, and ending on an intimate and broken-down vocal/guitar performance. Look for Friendship Commanders on the road from early 2020-onward.
