classic recipes from Italy ❤️ my name's Marco Dilenge: 30 years of Italian Cooking experience, 50 years of Italian Eating experience. I'm sharing how to cook quality food quick & easy.
Based in Mandello del Lario at Lake Como, I got access to quality ingredients, from all over Italy, 100% natural. Some of them I grow in my backyard (truly "a chilometro zero").
Authentic Italian Cooking means:
1. AUTHENTICITY: preparing traditional Italian dishes the classic way - but being open to add a slight personal touch (which is common in Italy with its local variations).
2. SIMPLICITY: Italian dishes typically have few ingredients. Most of my recipes are easy to prepare - in about 20 minutes. By following the process in my videos, ANYONE should be able to re-cook them.
3. 100% MADE IN ITALY: I only use ingredients "made in Italy". This may guide you to buy the right groceries - imported from Italy to your country.
