8 yrs ago I started off learning how to train a dog to work. (sport dog, working dog).
I am now learning quite the opposite. (pet dog) art of doing nothing. learning to accept the world for what it is and not let the outside elements dictate how my dog will react. You can only achieve this by putting yourself in those situations over and over again. rep after rep.
This is good.
I feel like a beginner again.
The more I learn the less I know.
Its a balance act of learning and actually doing.
I'm stopping the books and focusing on action.
well see how the results are after a couple months.

Maple went to her new home today!
She is only 10mins away from me.
She has 6 acres to run around and guard.
She will be living with 2 dogs, ducks, and 3 cats.
Her new owners are retired and are excited to shower her with lots of love and attention.
Her main job is to protect the wife and alarm for any unwanted people or animals that come across their property. Lauren and I left with big smiles on our face. Mission Complete. All the pups have found great homes and owners. ❤❤❤
