How to make silicone transfers by XG silicone heat transfer silicone paste?

Silicone ink PET films:
Two types : one is glossy coating film which will be glossy after heating press on fabric ,another one is matte finish effect after heating press on fabric.
Mesh number: 120-200 , Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it is depends on printing Artworks.
Squeegee:65-80 degree .

Printing tips:
1.For transfer silicone printing we have two types transfer silicone, one is XG-360W-2, catalyst 360B mixing ratio 10% flash by temp 100 degree,another one is XG-866A-2Y,catalyst XG-866B-2 mixing ratio 2-3% flash by temp 200 degree:
A 1st solution, color transfer silicone layer print 4 + layers :
Transfer silicone XG-360W-2 100G
Silicone Pigments 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)
Silicone catalyst XG-360B-2 10G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20%
Flash by 100 degree. If need high density then print more layers
B 2nd solution, color transfer silicone layer print 4 + layers
Transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y 100G
Silicone Pigments 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)
Silicone catalyst XG-866B-2 2-3G 2-3%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20%
Flash by 120 degree. If need high density then print more layers

2.Crossing linker print for 2 layers :
Crossing linker XG-360Z-3X 50G
Crossing linker catalyst XG-866B-2 2.5 G 5%
Flash by 100 degree.
3.Hot melt glue XG-360R-2 print for 4-6 layers.
To use cyclohexanone to liquid the glue,mixing ratio 10%,if glue to be thick and choke the mesh screen Flash by room temp or by 80-100 degree.
4.After finish, put into the oven to bake by 100 degree for 30 minutes .
5.Heat press the sticker on the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 160-170 degree for 10-16 seconds under pressure of 4KG.

How to print anti-slip silicone ink on gloves printing machine?


Anti-slip gloves printing silicone ink printing tips:


Preparation:
1.Mesh: 30-60(12T-24T) to make thick screen by emulsion. Better to use Hollow aluminum.
2.Pigments added ratio:2-4%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:2%
4.Thinner XG-128AH adding ratio:0-10% thinner is not necessary
5.Heating Temp and time: 120℃ -150℃ for 6-12 seconds , Heating time depends on drying temp.


Silicone ink mixing tips:
Printing silicone XG-15A 60G
Catalyst XG-15B 1.2G (2%)
Pigment XG- 1.2-2.4G (2-4%) If need color effect


To print by thick screen and big holes mesh for one layer then finish and heating by 120℃ -150℃ for 6-12 seconds , Heating time depends on drying temp.

Dipping silicone XG-20S-3 60G

Shaking and removing excess silicone ink after dipping

Color dipping silicone dip 1 time if need color effect
Dipping silicone XG-20S-3 60G
Silicone pigments XG-series 3G 5%
Silicone catalyst XG-ZB-1 6G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 36-48G 60-80%
Vacuum first for better smooth
Shaking and removing excess silicone ink after dipping

Top coating dipping:
A.Fully transparent dipping silicone for another 1 time
Dipping silicone XG-20S-3 60G
Silicone catalyst XG-ZB-1 6G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 36-48G 60-80%
Vacuum first fort better smooth
Need supper glossy top coating dipping to follow this step.
Shaking and removing excess silicone ink after dipping

B.Light color dipping silicone for top dipping 1 time:
Dipping silicone XG-20S-3 60G
Silicone pigment XG-series 0.3 0.5%
Silicone catalyst XG-ZB-1 6G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 36-48G 60-80%
Vacuum first for better smooth
Shaking and removing excess silicone ink after dipping
If need light color dipping to follow this step.

How to make wonderful Puff Suede Silicone printing?



First ,Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee: 100-120(40T-48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.
2. Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:2% slow dry XG-866B-1 and fast dry XG-866B-2 can mix together for using.
4.Thinner XG-128A adding ratio:0-20% thinner is not necessary for hand printing
5.Flash temp :100℃- 120℃ for 6-10 seconds
6.Curing temp: 160℃- 170℃



Second ,Silicone ink printing process:
Under printing to print HD silicone ink is very important for puff and suede puff silicone ink,due to foaming materials will grasp the cloth when foaming


1.HD silicone XG-866A for under printing for 3 layers :
HD silicone XG-866A 100 G
Silicon catalyst XG-866B-2 2G 2%
If machine printing to use slow dry catalyst XG-866B-1
Flash by temp of 120℃ for 6-10 seconds.


2.Color Suede silicone printing for 3-4 layers
Puff silicone XG-866ART       100 G
Silicon catalyst XG-866B-2        2G    2%
Color pigment                  10G 10% 
If machine printing to use slow dry catalyst XG-866B-1  
Flash by temp 100-120 degree for 6-10 seconds


3.After finish printing to cure by 160-170 degree

How to print HD glossy silicone on T-shirt ?
High Density Silicone screen printing process & Tips:


Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.
2.: Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:2% slow dry XG-866B-1 and fast dry XG-866B-2 can mix together for using.
4.Thinner XG-128A adding ratio:0-20% thinner is not necessary for hand printing
5.Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp :100℃- 120℃ for 6-10 seconds ,Drying temp :120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -5 minutes. Glossy silicone heating to use lower temp 100degree is enough,higher temp may lead bubbles problem.

Silicone ink printing tips:
1st.HD silicone XG-866A/866AH for under coating and high density printing for 2-8 times :
HD silicone XG-866A/866AH 100 G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G 2% If machine printing to use slow dry catalyst.
Thinner XG-128AH 10G 10%
Cure by temp of 120℃ 6-12 seconds.
If fabric with hairy or want to get more smooth effect kindly assist by heat press machine or iron after first time printing. After printing keep wet to heat press by temp 150-170 degree for 10-20 seconds.

2nd.Color effect silicone printing for 3-4 times :
HD silicone XG 866AH 100G
Red color pigment XG-302 10G 10%
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G 2% If machine printing to use slow dry catalyst.
Thinner XG-128AH 10G 10%

3.Glossy silicone ink or matte silicone ink for top coating:
A.Matte top coating for 1 time:
Matte silicone XG-866M 60G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1.2G 2% If machine printing to use slow dry catalyst.
B, Glossy top coating for 1-2 times:
Glossy silicone ink XG-399-3 100G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G 2% For table printing if need loner pirnting time,catalyst to use half fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2,and half slow dry catalyst XG-866B-1 If for machine printing to use slow dry catalyst.
Thinner XG-128AH thinner is not necessary for table printing,5-10% is enough for machine printing. Cure by temp of 100-110℃ 10-25 seconds Have to get silicone bubbles out first ,try to use code wind to support and it will be better to use low temp by longer heating time on machine printing.
Thinner XG-128AH thinner is not necessary for hand printing,5-10% is enough for machine printing. Cure by temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds.
After finish, to cure by 120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -3 minutes.

Transfer HD glossy silicone stickers making tips
Silicone ink PET films:

To choose matte coating PET films

Mesh number: 120-200 , Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it is depends on printing Artworks.

Squeegee:65-80 degree .

Printing tips:

Hot melt glue XG-360R-2 print for 6-8 times
When printing glue to use cyclohexanone to liquid the glue, mixing ratio 10%.This type of glue easy to be thick and mesh printing.

Flash by room temp or by 100-120 degree.

Mid layer crossing linker printing for 2 times:
Crossing linker XG-360Z-3 60G

Crossing linker agent XG-360Z-3B 3G 5%

Flash by 100 to120 degree.

Silicone ink clear layer printing 4 –8 layers:
Silicone ink XG-866A-2Y 100G

Catalyst XG-866B-2 2-5 G 2-5%

Thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20%

Hot melt glue with solvent chemicals so will get silicone ink not easy or can not dry, so for first 2 times clear silicone have to mix with more catalyst like 3-4%. More catalyst can get silicone dry fast also the print time will be short, so have to mix small quantity silicone with the catalyst to get no waste. After two layers of clear silicone if need to print more times then 2% catalyst is ok.

Flash by 120 to140 degree.

if needed for high density stickers,if need more high density then print more times clear printing.

Silicone ink color layer printing for 4–6 layers :
Silicone ink XG-866A-2Y 100G

Pigments or special powders 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)

Catalyst XG-866B-2 2G 2%

Thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20%

Flash by 120 to140 degree.

5.Glossy silicone for top printing or brush effect printing Glossy silicone for top coating printing for two layers:

Glossy silicone ink XG-399-3 100G

Catalyst XG-866B-2 2G 2%

Special glitter powders 1-2G 1-2% very less mixing ratio

Thinner XG-128AH No need Thinner is not necessary for glossy silicone printing.

To print very soft to get in drop through the mesh and pull up the screen to get round and glossy effect.

The angle between squeegee and screen is 60-70 degree not as normal printing 90 degree.

Flash by 100 to120 degree.

Tips for round glossy silicone top coating printing :

The angel between squeegee & table 60-70 degree, if manual printing about 45-65 degree
Keep the distance between printing squeegee & screen
Less pressure print very soft and slowly try to get more ink pass through the mesh to get round glossy effect.
6.After finish, put into the oven to bake by 100 degree for30- 40 minutes .

7. Heat press the stick on the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 160-170 degree for 10-16 seconds with pressure of 4KG.

TIPS:Kindly doing test before the bulk goods printing every time.

XG flocking silicone printing tips:
Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.
2.Catalyst mixing ratio:2% after mixing with catalyst about 4 hours operation time.
3.Flash cure temp :100℃- 120℃ for 6-10 seconds ,
4.Drying temp :120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -5 minutes.
Flocking silicone printing tips:
1. Flocking silicone mixing:
Flocking silicone XG-20000A 100G
Silicone catalyst XG-20000B 10G 10%
Flocking agent XG-20000C 3G 3%
2. Flocking silicone printing :
Flocking silicone ink to print 3 times
For first printing need to flash by temp 100-130 degree ,
For second and third printing no need to heat ,print wet on wet to get thicker application for flock by flocking machine.
3.flock by flocking machine.
Have to keep totally wet to flocking
4.Curing
After flocking finish, to cure by 130℃ for about 3-5 minutes depends on flocking size.
