The steel door should be as tall as Alan Grant who's 1.82 meters going by his actor Sam Neill's height.

Broken steel door = 200px = 1.82 m = 182 cm
Fence height = 596px = 7.826 m
Fence length = 290px = 4.1587 m

Square surface area = 4.1587 ร— 7.826 = 32.5459862 mยฒ = 50,446.379502759 square inches

Force
Carbon Steel is the steel I'll be using, JP is a highly advanced series which has made fences to hold off dinos, and Carbon Steel and Mild Steel are some of the most used so

Carbon Steel yield strength = 550 MPa = 79770.7558 Psi
Force = 4,024,145,820.308714 lbs force = 1,825,321,840 kgf = 17,900,292,400 N (Class G)

Energy

Spinosaurus height = 410px = 4.9 m
Head = 218px = 2.6053658537 m

Energy (Newton-meter) = 46,636,810,600 Joules = 11.146465248566091 Tons of TNT (City-Block Level)

V.rex being an evolved T.rex doesn't mean it's stronger, as the meaning of the word has nothing to do with strength or power. There are also animals that are stronger than their desendence, such as Neanderthals and modern homo sapiens, or tiktaalik and microfuana Tetrapods. Even if it was the case than it wouldn't scale to modern interpretations of T.rex due to changes in science
