Muslims in the US can learn a lot from this election in India. We need to vote. We need to stand for elections. We need to stand up for ourselves, and we need to take power of the Congress.

Why are the Jews so succesful in politics compared to Muslims? The facts are clear. The voting record of the US Jews is closer to 100% while for the Muslims in the US is closer to 1%. With similar populations of around 10 Million eligible voters, the record for Muslims is dismal. This may be attributed to the lack of civic education for Muslims who may have a negative connotation of the Political climate in the countries of their origin.
It is very important for the Muslims to be educated in civics, so they understand how the system works here and how they fight Islamophobia in the country.
