I’ve seen some comments recently asking me to re-record some pieces on the Steinway D that I’ve already done before on the digital piano. How do you feel about this?

In a few weeks, I plan to upload a very famous piece that I've been working on almost nonstop since October. This is actually the hardest thing that I've had to learn for this channel, so I appreciate your patience as I try to tame this beast in the final stages of learning.

My actual grand piano has finally arrived! After trying out 5 brand new Hamburg Steinway D's and 3 New York Steinway D's, I ended up selecting a New York D with the mellowest tone since it suits my playing style best. I'll definitely start recording more frequently now that I have no more excuses. Stay tuned...

Ok, my account was hijacked last week by an Elon Musk crypto scammer, but I've recovered it now. Word of advice to other creators: Beware of fake copyright infringement phishing emails, even if they have accurate descriptions of your videos.

Hey sorry, no new uploads yet since I've been busy. Just wanted to share some exciting personal news. A few months ago, I became a new homeowner, as well as the owner of a Hamburg Steinway D! Now, technically I still need to go to Germany next year to make my selection, but Steinway was gracious enough to lend me a new NY Steinway B in the meantime, which just arrived today.
The plan now is to get some recording gear and learn how to record this instrument with great audio quality. Since I'm no audio engineer, there'll be a lot of trial and error. Happy to hear any suggestions for equipment :) In the meantime though, I'll still be making recordings on the digital piano while I learn. Stay tuned...

Hi, I'm an amateur pianist who plays in my spare time. I originally created this channel as motivation to practice and actually see what I could do if I polished up my pieces to performance-standard. I've been classical-trained for a number of years, so you'll find some classical music on here, as well as pieces from video games/anime if I find them pleasant enough.
Recently, I've finally been able to acquire a concert grand piano of my own, so my focus has expanded somewhat to learning how to record it with great audio quality in the comfort of my own living room. I hope you enjoy my videos!
