If Kacchan got turned into a cat... I think he'd jump randomly at Deku for cuddles, but he would also bite Izuku when he got tired of being pet and just walk away as if nothing happened.
Kitty Kacchan would get really jealous if Deku tried to pet some other animal and would attack and chase them away. He would want to be the only one for Deku but at the same time, he wouldn't want Deku to know how much he likes his owner and would think that he's the owner of Izuku.
Kitty Kacchan would be very needy but he would put up a front of an independent and indifferent cat and Deku would find it adorable while the others would think that he's got a crazy and even dangerous cat.
That's how I imagine they would be like if Kacchan got turned into a cat. π

β SPOILER ALERT! β MHA MANGA EPILOGUE REVIEW π
So... The manga has officially ended with an epilogue that broke many hearts, but let's look at the facts.
1. Did Deku and Ochako kiss? No.
2. Are they dating? No.
3. Did Uraraka confess her feelings to Deku? No.
4. Did Deku say he likes Ochako? No. All he said was that he wanted to "talk".
Till the very end Uraraka kept dreaming of Toga and even thought that she might be inside her since Himiko gave Ochako all of her blood. It was Toga who pushed Uraraka towards Deku in the end and it doesn't seem like Uraraka would've made a move otherwise.
The only time Uraraka wasn't hesitant and knew exactly what to do and say was when she chased Toga. She said that Himiko was the cutest girl in the whole world (the rizz master Ochako), had a quirk awakening because of her and kept on thinking about her even after Toga's death for 8 years... In my opinion, they were the real canon ship of MHA however tragically it ended.
Deku noticed a long time ago that Uraraka had been hiding her feelings and avoiding him, so, in the end, he went after her to "talk". He knew she was hurt and only pretended to be all right. Mr. Saviour Complex can't help but want to save a person who's been suffering in silence.
Another thing about Deku - he's a chaser. He chased his dream to become a hero, he chased Kacchan for many many years and now... it's Uraraka's turn. The thing he wants to talk about might be not romantic at all. He will never forget Shigaraki and knows that Uraraka has been burdened by Toga's death the same way. So the "implied romantic ending" might be just two friends bonding over trauma.
5. The blushing... That's all there is and that's all there ever was.
Since Toga pushes Ochako it seems like she had slipped. So it's natural she'd be embarrassed because she almost fell. And Deku... he blushes every time a girl gets too close to him. That is consistent.
6. The "holding hands" scene. It looks like something two buddies would do. Also, from Deku's perspective, it looked like Ochako almost fell, so maybe he's just helping her.
The only one who is implying that Deku and Ochako should be together is actually Toga. She pushes Ochako because she loves her too much to see her suffering because of what happened to Himiko. But let's not forget that Toga also likes Deku, so her move might be more selfish than it seems.
And the fact that Himiko manages to move Ochako's body implies that she is really inside her, as a real person, very reminiscent of vestiges who lived inside Deku. So... Ig that's a three-way relationship after all. And now, all that's left, is for Deku to hear the tragic love story of Ochako and Toga and realize his own feelings for Kacchan. And then what? Bring Bakugou into the mix? Idk...π
Horikoshi left the ending open for an interpretation and IzuOcha isn't canon. It seems to be implied but it's definitely not canon. They didn't confess their feelings, didn't kiss and didn't start dating. Their "love story" started with both of them awkwardly blushing at each other and that's how it ended. Barely any development. π€·ββοΈ
