I have a couple of bikes that are due for oil changes soon. I've pretty much always used Penrite oils for most bikes and have always been happy with the performance but was wondering, what brand engine oil do people use? Do you stay loyal to a brand or do you swap at each change?

Last weekend I did a charity ride for Camp Quality to raise funds for kids facing cancer. All up there were about 70 riders including my mates, Roger from @HarleyThrottleJuice and Rob from @ThrottleDownunder. Check out Rob’s video of the event, link below. Just saw this video from Royal Enfield drop overnight, seems like the new 450 Himalayan isn’t to far away. Liquid cooled? 40hp? USD forks? This could be a very serious player in the off road market and not just in India.

On Sunday the 21st May 2023, I am teaming up to ride in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. This year it will be a cold ride as we head west to Bathurst.
In the last 12 months one of my very good mates and fellow motorcycle enthusiast was diagnosed with Prostate cancer. He has recently completed radiation treatment so we are staying positive while he awaits the results. So this year, it means much more of a personal connection to the event for me.
So, before I polish my boots, trim my moustache and dig out my thermals, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
