Sunrise, coffee, training, 2-4 hours of deep work, family time, something which contributes and adds value to my betterment and therefore the society, sleeping on time.
.
i reflect and rearrange my life if a few of these go missing for more than a few days šŸ§æ
The feedback loop makes me an observer of myself whilst being critical and having a positive view of where life is going.
.
If ive learnt anything in life its just doing the simple things, which donā€™t require much money, but a hell lot of discipline, you saying no and going against what most of society tells you, do them for long enough, eventually the compound effect becomes evident.
.
Want to end this post with two of my favourite quotes.

If you follow everyone else, youā€™ll be like everyone else. Stop, pause, look around. Try to see what makes you You and do more of that.

ā€œIf i am ever on the side of majority, i just pause and lookā€

ā€œEverything should be made as simple as possible, but not simplerā€

Love,
A

One of my resolutions for 2025:
Practice More Under stimulation.

Accomplishes a few things: less drama, less bullshit, less unnecessary questions to answer, less chaos.

Which means: more time doing things i care about, better health, more time w family, better sleep, better learning, mindful living.

Subscribe, have a few bangers coming out tomorrow and in the following week. Youā€™ll get a ton of value from them.
Promise šŸ¤žšŸ»šŸ§æ

Once you realise you can turn off the noise without the world ending, youā€™re liberated in a way that few people ever know.

What was your screen time yesterday?

The average person lives in the comfort zone.

Goes to bed late.
Wakes up late.
Mindless scrolling.
Lots of processed foods.
Video games with your ā€œfriendsā€.
Lives by someone elseā€™s handbook.
More focused on others living their life.
Victim mindset.
Low self esteem.
Not in control of their impulses and ego.
Spend on stuff to impress others in hopes to increase perceived value.
Go to bed late.
Repeat.

The average person wastes about 5-6 hours a day on their phone. Imagine learning a new skill or going to the gym or reading a book or working on your business during those 6 hours.

Just go the opposite way everybody else is going. Itā€™s been one of my philosophies. Was built and groomed when i started growing my curly hair, when i started my Youtube journey, when i started saying No to things that did not add to my quality of life and conversely started saying Yes to things that mattered.

Follow everyone else, be like everyone else. Why? Carve your own path instead ;)

Chase Real Dopamine.
Your life trajectory depends on it. Let me explain.

Dopamine is a chemical thatā€™s secreted when you take steps towards your goals.
So, step one, set the correct goals, as we humans are fundamentally aiming creatures. Set one that you love to go, you are good at (or at-least arenā€™t terrible at), you can monetise, and one that contributes to the higher collective consciousness.

Our entire life is a reiteration towards finding that one thing that intersects all of these aspects.
The barrier? Cheap dopamine.
The fuel, dopamine that adds to your quality of life. Because when you chose to improve your life, the life of those around you improve as a byproduct.

Signs of having a positive dopamine feedback experience?
Effort feels good.

Signs of a negative dopamine feedback experience? Your entire life is centred around a high speed hedonic treadmill.

The brain just secretes dopamine. Its upto your free will, a conscious choice you have to make everyday to choose real dopamine.

Its a beautiful say from where iā€™m writing this. Have a good one.

iā€™m here to create an impact.
iā€™m here to be remembered.
iā€™m here to change life for the better.
iā€™m not another small cheap dopamine hit,

i repeat, this is not a drill.
Weā€™re here to make a difference.

And iā€™m grateful you give me the opportunity to do so every week šŸŽ„
