After teaching for many years, we set up Actionmedia to use this amazing video sharing technology for the betterment of our world.
Our focus is on sharing great tools to create deep inner peace, so we share the technology of yoga, meditation and mantra for self regulation of stress and emotion. By creating peace in ourselves - we create peace in the world.
Using our skills as English and media teachers - you will also see short pieces on the great literary texts, how to write and students' coursework media texts
We trained with Guru Rattana in the 'Yoga of awareness' - Kundalini yoga, with and we aim to share the tools to live a happy healthy life connected to the essence (namo) which is beyond words...but we all intuitively understand what that means.
We are all on this planet together - one chance to get it right!
We run retreats in Bulgaria every year for those who want to join us in the practice
