Light tw: Depression, eating stuff
I’ve been feeling so depressed lately. I feel like I have nobody and nothing left. I’ve been coping by binging which leads to me forcing the food out which is so so tiring. If anyone is feeling like this right now, you are not alone. I’m struggling too, but we can get through it because we deserve to love and take care of ourselves. Let yourself feel, but don’t let it stay for too long. I’ll be here with you and I hope you do better soon :)

guys I'm so sorry for being gone for so long I was off my phone and in a mental hospital
I'm going to be taking a break, my mental health isn't the best right now and I'm not motivated to keep uploading. I'm dealing with a lot and I don't have much support, everything seems to be going downhill so I can't manage a youtube channel at the moment. I'll upload when I feel better, I appreciate you guys for sticking around :)

I'm feeling rlly demotivated rn, yt keeps blocking my videos and my channel's pretty much dying- I wanna stay hopeful and ik this is just for fun but I feel kinda bad :') Idk if I should start a schedule so it's more organized, my mental health is also plummeting and school hates me so I might take another break?
