Mao Abe is a Singer-songwriter debuted in 2009 from Album “Free” achieving 1st place in Billboard Japan Hot 100. Gaining support from wide range of audience, especially women of her generation, she is highly admired for her overwhelming live performance.
In July 2023, she has established her own private label KAGAYAKI RECORDS within IRORI Records, a label from PONY CANYON INC.
In addition to her own live performances and music releases, she has been actively building up her career by collaborating with and providing songs to various artists.
