So I wanted to address all of you who have watched the Rise of Ronin video....thank you. Sometimes you know when a video is going to hit. Sometimes you don't. This is something I didn't see coming. The video was made purely from my new found love of the game. Now that I have put more hours into it, I would like to make a follow up video. There is no point in regurgitating what I said in the previous video. Instead I would like to talk about the things I didn't mention in the previous video. Think of this as my way of saying thank you for all the massive support. There is still plenty to talk about and I think it will be fun to make. I plan to put out a couple more videos before this is made. Just know its in the works.
To all the old school anime fans waiting patiently for another review: I have been distracted with the insane influx of solid games...but I have not forgotten about you. Some of my best videos are the anime reviews. I will have more on the way soon. I appreciate your patience.

So I still haven't stumbled across any Fatal Frame updates...but I do have something you might like. I came up with a concept regarding new Fatal Frame videos. I don't want to give it away just yet, but this could be an opportunity to make new FF videos that we have yet to see on youtube. I can't wait to start working on this!
Also keep in mind, the moment I do hear news on a new FF game, I am dropping everything to make the video. 😃

I want to thank you guys for being patient with the uploads. I was sick for more than a week and lost a lot of time. Now that I'm 100% this week, I'm ready to get back to business.
I should have a video for you guys friday. This one came out of nowhere, but I feel its important to show this game some love.
The last big Animefest happened this year and I attended 20 panels. I was actually working on this video when I started getting sick. This is definitely going to be a monster video to edit. But this is also the last big Animefest...so I want to make sure I do this video justice.
After the Animefest video, I have another gaming video as well some long awaited anime reviews I need to get to.

Please believe I am gonna get a video out regarding the Xbox fiasco. I have a lot of thoughts on this...but I'd rather wait until the dust has settled. So we patiently wait for next week.
As someone that plays games on every console, this effects me. I have around 25+ games I purchased for the Series X. And yes purchases...I am not talking about downloaded Gamepass games (though I have that as well). And think about it...that's just the Series X. I have over a 100 games saved my on my Xbox One X. So I am definitely concerned. But I will go in more depth later. Until then...play some Persona 3 Reload! 😀

First, I want to thank all of you that have subscribed in the past 2 months. About 5 weeks ago I saw the fastest growth I have seen for the channel yet. Some of you might think "Well, the subscriber count is pretty small." But you have no idea...2 or 3 years ago I would go 2 months without getting a single sub. So now that I am finally gaining some traction with the algorithm, I don't take it for granted. I just wanted to say that since I didn't acknowledge passing the 400 sub number. Trust me though...I was hyped when it happened.
Some of you joined because of the Evil Within video. Its going through its 2nd wind and I couldn't be happier about that. That was the last video I ever thought that would do well...so I just did it with conviction and passion as opposed to expecting people to ever watch it. 😉 For you horror fans, I am really excited about Slitterhead. Its the Silent Hill creator's newest game and it looks amazing. As more information comes out, I will definitely make videos on it. We will also keep you updated on any Fatal Frame news...but you already knew that.
My Orguss video has officially surpassed 3,000 views. I don't know how it passed up Space Runaway Ideon, but it did. The Ideon video is around 2,900 views now...so it still gets clicks. For you old school anime fans...I really appreciate your support. I have a couple of shows I am considering. I know these videos seem to take the longest, but its mainly due to me not cutting corners. So I don't review things I haven't finished. I like being confident in what I am talking about. Just know that I am watching two shows now that I can't wait to review.
As far as general gaming stuff, the next 2 videos will be on the shorter side similar to my Starfield video. I am trying to do better at incorporating shorter videos into my collection. Not everything has to be a 20 minute review. Next video will be about Robocop Rogue City. The video after will be about Master Detective Archives: Rain Code. Both of these I am very excited to talk about. Two very different games meant to serve a certain type of audience...and they both do it well.

First, thank you guys for checking out the latest video. It is doing better than I could have hoped for. I made it more as a love letter to Evil Within 2 than anything else. I wasn't really sure what to expect in terms of views. Sometimes you get reactions when you least expect it. 🙂

Since this is first time I have ever used community posts, I figured I should give you an idea of future videos to expect:
1. Callisto Protocol is my next video up.
2. Persona 3 is my favorite Persona game and I want to make an impressions video on this remaster coming out.
3. Super Dimension Century Orguss (old school anime review)
These three are coming very soon and the Callisto video is what I am working on now. The ideas after that are kinda up in the air. For example...I would like to do a Fatal Frame video that's not news related. I say that because I will obviously cover any Fatal Frame news....but I would like to make a video that is not anchored to that. Another video idea is a Valkyrie Elysium review. This one I am unsure if I will do it or not. I am playing the game right now so my opinion has not set in just yet.
Anyways, that's all I wanted to share. Sorry for the super long post! I just thought I'd give a little insight into what you could expect coming up. 🤓

The Gaming Harbinger is all about analyzing and discussing video game news and weeb topics. You can also expect reviews on games as well as anime series.
I created this channel due to coming across multiple gaming channels ranting too much. I wanted to provide a space where we can critique things without flipping out. I also think we need to see more older gamers and anime reviewers in this space.
From 1999 to 2002 I was apart of the Yahoo! Clubs community and ran several different anime forums. By 2000 I was co-founder of the biggest Anime forum (Tenchiville), co-founder of the biggest Sailor Moon forum (Sailor Moon Toonami Blockparty), and founder of the biggest Serial Experiments Lain forum on Yahoo! Clubs.
I have been attending anime conventions for over 20 years. Because I have received such a positive response from my convention videos, I will continue to make them.
Some day I would like to create longer documentary style videos on game creators and anime directors.
