1)Workout
5 days a week 1hr inside strength training
5 days a week 30min outdoor cardio
2)5 pages every single day of a self improvement book
3)No alcohol
4)Must choose high protein diet no cheat meals 90+grams protein(absolutely no cookies cake ice cream or candy)
5)Must drink at least 80ounces of water everyday
6)1 day a week stretch for 20 min(must be on rest day)
7)Breathe through your nose for 5 min a day with your eyes closed with zero distractions
