I'm thinking of making a podcast and uploading the recording of the podcast here on YouTube. This would be once a week in addition to my other video uploads. Just wondering what you guys think? I already have the first 7 podcast episodes planned out.

What started out as an experiment continues to shock me and how well things have been going on YouTube and how much I like trying to create better videos. I just got notified that I hit 10,000 views of my channel. Thanks for all the support everyone and following along!

It's insane how much the property market has gone down. We sold this house directly to redfin in May for just shy of $1M. Despite all the price reductions, it still hasn't sold. 25% drop in price in 5 months and still no one interested. Wild.
