I am currently working on a project called: Brummies Oral Memories. The concept is pretty simple: Brummies sharing their childhood memories on different subjects (how your house was like, how your neighbourhood was like, what type of games you used to play, how was your school like, where did you go for entertainment, where did you go to for your first date, etc.).
You will record yourself recalling your childhood memories and I will add that audio to my walking tours around Bham.

Hello. Yesterday Youtube deleted 'Along Coventry Rd walking tour' from the platform. Why? According to them the video violates their terms or service. Basically someone flagged the video for privacy violation. Youtube emailed me 4 days ago and asked to remove the 'problematic' part. Usually, YouTube gives me a time window so that I can edit the video and cut off the 'problematic' clip. This time I only had 33:25 to work with... Does that mean that I can only keep the video from the beginning up to 33:25 and should delete the rest? Also, when I checked the time, it showed a fruits and veg stall. Since when fruits & veg have a right to privacy?? This claim was bogus. Just like the one I received weeks prior on another video. Someone (or some people) has made it a mission to have my channel deleted by flagging my videos. And clearly Youtube doesn't care. I am going to back up all my content on an alternative platform to be prepared if that ever happens. This situation has become ridiculous at this point. The Coventry video has been on Youtube for over 3 months without any issue and all of a sudden someone decides to flag it and is successful in having the video deleted from Youtube. I have appealed to the decision. Let's see what happens... Have a nice day. Take care.
