This channel is about my passion, which is movement in all its wonderful forms.
I have renamed my method of combining workouts as Strong Flow which to me encompasses my two loves. Resistance based training and crawling around on floors. I love experimenting and in the same way that I am often inspired by others, I hope to myself be able to inspire in turn.
I myself am a work in progress. I don't claim to know it all and keep an open mind to 'different points of view, of achieving objectives', but what I do know is that the best teacher by far, above all else, is our body.
When you learn to listen to it, it will only but confirm truth in movement that you may one day learn elsewhere.
I have finally committed to building this channel up as you tube is an easy and accessible platform for most to access. So please forgive the work in progress, and if you enjoy or are inspired by any of its content feel free to share, comment or just give a thumbs up :)
