Just ended our three day forgiveness fast with prayer and water only.
If you too were part of the global forgiveness fast, I ask that you slowly introduce food back into your system. Start w a glass of water. Try to stay away from too much sugar or greasy foods.
Pray and meditate and be in gratitude for the self restraint, forgiveness, repentance and discipline you showed yourself & others.
From the bottom of my heart, I just wanted to thank you all for participating in this forgiveness fast.
I pray you were able to see where you needed to forgive others, and for some of you, learn to forgive yourself, I woke up with much needed clarity and much gratitude to our savior. Lord Jesus Christ. Without his help this fast would not have been possible.
