๐๐ข๐๐ is back, and I'm so excited to help you and your horse find harmony, balance, and softness over the next 30 Days. ๐ฅณ This is my third year doing this program, and I can't wait to see the transformations from students at the end of the month and hear their stories. ๐ Here's one story from one of my students, Jayne:
๐โโGet him rounder!โ my trainer yelled.
Well, that was all well and good, and if I could, believe me I WOULD! But no matter what I did, my horse's head kept shooting straight up in the air. He absolutely refused to go round. My shoulders ached, my back hurt and my horse was as frustrated as I was. ๐ญ
โ
But then, I found Amelia and started watching her videos. And within 3 schooling sessions my horse was going forward, was relaxed and supple, and more importantlyโฆ was round!โ ~Jayne
โฅ๏ธ I LOVE getting testimonials like these.
๐ฆ We want the best for our equine partners! But, riding can often end with everyone upset and stressed out.
๐คฆIt does NOT have to be this way!
โ๏ธIf you struggle to get and keep your horse round, youโre not alone. Itโs the biggest problem I encounter with the thousands of students I teach.
โ๏ธLuckily, I have cracked the code to get your horse round in easy and simple steps that you can implement in only 30 days.

๐ What is one reason it is important for your horse to be round and on the bit when you ride? ๐ I'll start: because it is easier and healthier for them to carry a rider. ๐ฆ

Think about it! ๐ค We sit on our horseโs spine, expect them to balance our weight, and perform complicated movements. That canโt be too comfortable. ๐ฌ Can you imagine carrying someone around on your back?
Recently, I attended a lecture with Dr. Hillary Clayton, a renowned researcher on equine biomechanics. ๐ The weight of the rider is doubled at the trot and canter. This weight often makes a horse hollow their back and put more weight on their forehand. ๐ฏ This is not good!
๐ซฃ If your horse is hollow or on the forehand, it can be uncomfortable or even painful for them to carry you on their back. ๐ข It is similar to you walking around all day with bad posture carrying a child on your shoulders. โ๏ธ When a horse is not in the correct alignment, they are out of balance and have more pressure on their front legs.
Did you know that a bridge is the strongest structure in nature? ๐ When our horses go round, they are creating a 'bridge' or arch from their hips to shoulders. ๐ช This โbridgeโ makes it easier and more comfortable for them to carry and manage your weight! Plus, they strengthen their topline and experience less pressure on their joints! ๐ฅณ
Asking our horses to go round does wonders for them! ๐
๐ด It makes it more comfortable to carry us
๐ด It makes it easier for them to turn, stop, and move forward
๐ด They are stronger and more able to do what we ask of them
๐ด It increases their longevity and health
๐ด They are easier and more fun to ride
Okay, so your horse will be happier and healthier if they are round...but how do you do it? ๐ค๐ค
๐ฅ Youโre in luck because my Free Contact and Connection Webinar is coming up in just 10 days! I am going to teach you my special four-step process so that you can train your horse to lift their back and engage their topline. ๐ฉโ๐ซ It is really important that you understand this process so that riding will be more comfortable for you and your horse. ๐ฆ
