The SAMHSA Minority Fellowship Program at the American Nurses Association is a federally funded program granting fellowship awards to nurses of all underrepresented racial and ethnic groups (Asian-American/ Pacific-Islander, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous - Native American, Alaskan Native) who are pursuing either a master’s or a doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing.
