2. I host The Routine Advantage Podcast where I teach five foundational routines to get organized. These are called the F.I.R.S.T. Routines. When you get these five areas organized, you will never have to wonder what is for dinner, your house will stay tidy, you will be getting exercise in, and you won't have to stress about money! Plus, you will still get time for yourself.
