Harakore is a wahine-centric series of challenges and activities delivered in the Māori language. Our focus is to capture the authentic and relatable essence of the young modern-day wahine, following a group of wahine her gather to face new challenges and activities together. All activities are inspired by Te Whare Tapa Whā. A wellbeing model developed by leading Māori health advocate Sir Mason Durie in 1984, describing health and wellbeing as a wharenui.
