Jo Ellen is a 7-term Lebanon County Commissioner, and was the 2014 Board Chair. Her motto is People Above Politics. In 2012 she served as president, & in 2013 as Chair of the Board of the County Commissioners Association of PA. Her charge is to Protect Children, Serve Families, Secure Justice, Manage Emergencies, & Safeguard Elections. She was president of the Swatara Watershed Association for 33 years, 2015-16 president of Northern Lebanon Rotary, 2014-16 president of ABWA, the American Business Women's Association, and Woman's Club of Lebanon President.
