Hey! Maybe some of you guys who have been following a while noticed that I changed the upload schedule a bit. I'm trying something new with the channel... instead of posting 2 shorter videos per week, I'm going to do 1 longer video that I release every Wednesday at 4pm AZ time.Ā
These weekly videos will run around 12-15 minutes in length. This change will allow me to be more particular with topics, it'll allow me to dive deeper into topics, and I think it will be good for the "algorithm" too.

Hey guys... quick update that you're going to notice if you haven't already. I changed my YouTube name.
As I continue to work on evolving this brand, I wanted a profile name across all platforms that aligns with exactly what I'm doing here... and that's reporting real estate news.
Now the YouTube channel, the instagram page, the tiktok account, and the newsletter are all under the same brand name "Real Estate Report"
The videos aren't going to change. If anything, the only change will be that I'm trying to get in the swing of uploading more often and with higher quality. But that's a work in progress.
3 years in and I'm still figuring out this whole online brand thing as I go. Hope you guys are enjoying the videos.
