Hello everyone, my name is Stephanie and l am a US navy veteran, I got medically discharged in march of 2015 (almost my 10 year mark) diagnosed with ptsd, depression disorder, and numerous anxiety disorders. I created this channel to show my struggles being a veteran, and how I cope with my mental health using equine therapy and other methods.
