Vizag Vision : Rear Adm Susheel Menon, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet (FOCEF) joined the top leaders of 28 foreign navies for Fleet Commanders Conference as part of Exercise Kakadu 2024 at Darwin, Australia. This is keeping in line with furthering GoI's resolve of enhancing maritime security & cooperation through collaborative efforts.FOCEF during his visit to Darwin, interacted with the crew of the Indian Navy P8I aircraft participating in Ex Kakadu 2024.Discussions with the crew incl various facets of MaritimeAirOperations whilst operating with partners & the opportunities accorded to review own Tactics, Techniques & Procedures.

Vizagvision : ADDITIONAL VISTADOME COACH AND 3rd AC ECONOMY COACH TO VISAKHAPATNAM-KIRANDUL-VISAKHAPATNAM TRAIN

In order to clear extra rush of waiting list passengers, Waltair Division of East Coast Railway has decided to attach additional Vistadome coach and 3rd AC Economy Coach to Visakhapatnam-Kirandul-Visakhapatnam train as detailed below.

1. Additional Vistadome coach will be attached to the train No. 08551 Visakhapatnam-Kirandul train on Saturdays 14.09.2024, 21.09.2024 and 28.09.2024.

2. In return direction the additional Vistadome coach will be available to 08552 Kirandul-Visakhapatnam train on 15.09.2024, 22.09.2024 and 29.09.2024.

3. Whereas additional 3rd AC Economy Coach will be attached to the train No. 08551 Visakhapatnam-Kirandul train on Sundays 15.09.2024, 22.09.2024 and 29.09.2024.

4. In return direction the additional 3rd AC Economy Coach will be available to 08552 Kirandul-Visakhapatnam train on 16.09.2024, 23.09.2024 and 30.09.2024.

Vizag vision : In the aftermath of heavy rains that lashed NTR and Krishna districts in the last two days, Andhra Pradesh govt has sought assistance for Indian Army Engineer Task Force at Vijaywada to seal Budameru canal breach. Floodwaters from the overflowing canal have inundated many areas in the city.

40 troops of Army Engineers have been airlifted from Hakimpet by AN 32 of IAF to the affected location. Further Army columns are standby for deployment.

Vizag vision: INS Shivalik, India's first indigenous stealth frigate made a port call at Surabaya, Indonesia, as part of the ongoing operational deployment to the South China Sea & Pacific Ocean.
The ship was received by dignitaries of Indonesian Navy with military band in attendance.
The visit further strengthens the longstanding friendship and cooperation between the two maritime nations.
Activities planned incl professional interactions with Indonesian Navy, cross deck visits, sports fixtures & community outreach.

Vizag vision : వైజాగ్ బీచ్ లో వెనక్కి వెళ్లిన సముద్రం.. తీరంలో బయటపడ్డ రాళ్లపై టూరిస్టుల సందడి.....

బీచ్ లో ఎగిసిపడే అలలను చూస్తే పెద్దవాళ్లు కూడా పిల్లల్లా మారిపోతారు. సరదాగా నీళ్లల్లో ఆడుతూ సేదతీరుతారు. అదే అలలు కాస్త వెనక్కి వెళితే.. రోజూ నీళ్లలో మునిగి ఉండే తీరం ఇంకాస్త బయటపడితే..? అరుదుగా జరిగే ఇలాంటి సంఘటనే శనివారం సాయంత్రం వైజాగ్ లోని ఆర్కే బీచ్ లో చోటుచేసుకుంది. సముద్రం దాదాపుగా నాలుగు వందల మీటర్లు వెనక్కి వెళ్లింది. దీంతో తీరంలోని రాళ్లు బయటపడ్డాయి. బీచ్ లో సేద తీరేందుకు వచ్చిన జనం ఇది చూసి ఆశ్చర్యపోయారు. ఆపై రాళ్లపైకి చేరి సెల్ఫీలు దిగుతూ సందడి చేశారు.

Vizag vision : Army Recruitment Rally to be held at Visakhapatnam*

Army Recruiting Office, Visakhapatnam, is going to conduct recruitment rally at Port Trust Diamond Jubilee Stadium, Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) from 26 August to 05 September 2024 to enroll Agniveer General Duty, Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Office Assistant/ Store Keeper Technical, Agniveer Tradesman 10th pass and Agniveer Tradesman 8th pass categories. The candidates from 13 districts i.e Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitharama Raju, Konaseema, Anakapalli, Eluru, NTR and Kakinada who have received their Admit Cards for the subject rally should compulsorily bring all documents to the rally site as per rally notification dated 12 February 2024 uploaded on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

The recruitment process is fully automated, fair and transparent and candidates must guard against touts/ fraudsters who claim that they can help anyone pass or get enrolled. Only hard work and preparation will ensure their selection as per merit. Touts and agents have no role to play and candidates are advised not to be lured by such agents/ agencies.
