I am taking an assumption that your average package is 10 lpa for next 30 years then in total you will be earning 3 crore in 30 years.
But if your average package is 30 lpa for next 10 years,you will earn 3 crores in just 10 years. You will be 20 years ahead when compared to your package when it was 10 lpa and time has value. You will be young too at that time and what can be better if you are achieving this finacial goal at your young age.

Someone asked me that is my favourite ETL tech.
Without giving any second thought, I answered that it is Databricks.
But the next big question is why?
Let me answer this question in clear cut point wise manner:-
1)easy to set up the environment without thinking much about the on premise hardware requirement.
2)multilanguage support without doing any installation.
3)different variety of cluster that it supports. It has clusters with GPU as well
4)cluster autoscaling capability which scales up and scales down based on the load.
5)Unity catalog which provides centralized access control, auditing, lineage, and data discovery capabilities
6)capability of databricks to implement ML algorithms use cases over it.
7)its capability to enable multiple users to write code in the same notebook.
8)its SQL warehouse capability
9)Delta tables which is game changer in the Big Dat Industry.
10)Autoloader which can easily detect changes from few sources and process the data.
11)its availability over all the major cloud platform in the market like AZURE,AWS,GCP.
